Exchange Policy
At Veerosa, every product goes through quality checks before dispatch. We aim to deliver exactly what you ordered.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchanges are allowed only for wrong or defective products
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- Unboxing video is mandatory to approve any exchange request
Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
Exchange Process:
- Email us at veerosa.st@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
- Share your order details, issue, and unboxing video
- Once approved, our team will guide you with the next steps
After receiving and checking the product, we will ship a replacement.
If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative or store credit.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any orders.
Please check product details carefully before placing your order.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the order is delivered.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Size issues
- Color differences
- Change of mind
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
To cancel, email us at veerosa.st@gmail.com with your order details.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped.
